What should I let my Instructor know prior to class?

Always let your instructor know any injuries or specific issues so they can tailor and modify the class to accomodate your needs.

Remember, this is a workout.

What happens if I miss a class?

We understand if you miss a class, your health and safety remains utmost important to us.

What if I am running late?

All our classes have an introduction and warm up to ensure that the class is programmed specifically for you and others. Your instructor will determine if you can jump on in.

But we always recommend that you turn up early for class.

What’s the cancellation policy?

You have up to 8 hours from class start time to cancel and avoid paying for your class.

Cancellations made within 8 hours of class commencement will be automatically deducted from your account

When should I arrive to class?

We highly recommend that you show up to our studio 5-10 minutes prior to your class your commencement.

Please remember to follow the government’s health advice when applicable.

Can I bring my child to class?

Due to health and safety reasons, it is is not possible for any children under the age of 16 to attend whilst a class is taking place.

Can I bring my phone to class?

We ask that we leave your and/or your smartwatches on silent for the duration of the class.
